“I’m excited to share with you the new evolution of Experience Nutrition as we enter into our 11th year of business.

 As many of you are aware, Experience Nutrition has focused on healthy eating with whole foods and simple culinary for years. After not eating meat for 35 years, no poultry for 25 years, a few years ago, I decided to “go fully plant-based” personally and with Experience Nutrition.

For over a decade, Experience Nutrition has had the honor to host and lead thousands of hands-on farm-to-table cooking experiences with classes, events, corporate wellness, media events, team building, and weekend retreats, with organizations ranging from the Super Bowl, NFL Alumni, City of Phoenix, Valley of the Sun United Way, Humana, Downtown Phoenix Farmers Market, Visit Phoenix, The Farm at South Mountain, Local First Arizona, and the Arizona Vegetarian Food Festival.

To further serve my clients, over the last 5 years I’ve enhanced my culinary skills with 610 hours of professional plant-based culinary training in cooked, raw, advanced raw, and superfoods, with food art.

With our “unprecedented 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic,” like many entrepreneurs, I took time to reflect on the mission and new direction for Experience Nutrition.
